“First time trying and was hesitant based on some reviews, but I have to say i was pleasantly suprised! we had a cheesesteak and i chose american and wiz and they did both, it was very tasty! Not greasy not dry.
We had an order of jalapeno poppers that were very good, the mega fries were super good and generous with the toppings which was perfect.
We also tried 10pc wings, half hot half garlic parm. I like how they packed the sauces separately so they werent soggy. Wings were very crispy and sauces were very good.
Would definitely order from them again, thanks for the yummy dinner!

Started ordering religiously, but the fact the food went up 3-5$ an item makes me extremely upset- its hard times for everyone right now- but you will get customers consistently sticking with lower prices vs upping the prices and people then look to find cheaper food. :( Wont be able to order here as much at this point.“

“This was our first time at Champs, as we are visiting from out of town. We searched Google to “find cheesesteaks near us” and Champs came up with amazing reviews. Let me just say that all the reviews are correct! John and Nick took great care of us from the time we walked in til the time we left. My only complaint would be that if you are ordering for delivery don’t get any of the fried food like the mac and cheese balls, they don’t manage to stay crispy at all by the time they get to their destination. “Gai Chicken is a mixed bag for me. Their wings are hands-down the best in town - crispy, flavorful, and addictive! However, I've been disappointed multiple times by their consistent lack of roasted chicken. It's a staple menu item, but somehow always 'unavailable'.

Why tease us with an option you can't deliver? Despite this frustration, their wing game is strong enough to keep me coming back. Improve your inventory management, Gai Chicken, and you'll easily earn that 5th star!

“My wife and I love this place. We are usually never disappointed, HOWEVER, tonight we were. We order from here at least once a week if not more sometimes and the quality is impeccable, but tonight I had to remake my cheesesteak bowl when I got it. Normally it is gooey and yummy, but tonight the cheese was just thrown on top, it was super dry and just not what they would normally make. I also got the side sausage and forgot to have them take the sauce off (my fault not theirs) but I couldn't eat the sausages from the smell of the sauce. It didn't really hit me until I snapped a picture of the chicken finger next to a Louisiana hot sauce packet for reference, and it was barely much bigger. I felt cheated. Since when were chicken fingers so small! Other than that, service was a 5 and atmosphere was a 5 and well deserved. They were extremely friendly and even checked in with me on the floor to ask how everything was, and the staff removed my trash for me and I was impressed by that. Their drive through is set up almost exactly like a Chick-fil-A which seems to work out really well. They don't have much a diverse menu aside from the chicken tenders and fries, they only have a chicken sandwich which comes with lettuce no option for any other toppings such as onions or tomatoes but what they have seems to be decent (Portion size aside) Overall, I would come back but let's just say I had higher expectations and I won't be bragging about Canes anytime soon. “My favorite spot to eat in the Deptford Mall food court. Highly recommend the kimchi cheesesteak, but if you want traditional go with the Old School. Cheese fries were excellent as well.

“Stop through to try a new place after leaving Walmart. Ordered online and picked up. The gentleman who grabbed our takeout had good customer service. As far as the food, loved the All American burger and the potato wedges but the wings were nothing to brag about. Will return for the burger in the future.

11/7/24 - Stop through again but this time at Voorhees. Ordered online got the burgers and no wings. Potato wedges and and Burger was great. Maybe better than last time. Customer service was great. The only con was that I have the promotion to get 6 wings for my birthday but I could just click them and add them to the order. It seems that all locations don't participate on the offer and you have to call the location. I am doing an online order and not calling in. Would be nice if it were easier to use the offer. Despite not digging the wings the first time, I would give them another try for free.“

For those reviews that complain of how long it takes, read the menu. It specifically recommends you order "25 minutes in advance". As for the poor customer service, it is fine. They aren't overly nice with "my pleasure" every 5 seconds, but that's okay. They are knowledgeable and got my order correct. I don't need anything else.
