This is an upscale style pizza place with a large wood fire oven that makes traditional style pizzas. If you’re someone who’s looking for a New York style slice that isn’t what they do here. The dough is very yummy. Sauce is super fresh so is the basil. We were a bit disappointed with the limited topping options and size of the pies but recommend this spot for a wine and slice first date since the atmosphere is romantic.

Aquila Pizza Al Forno in Little Falls is such a hidden gem! Their hand-shaped, personal-sized pizzas are cooked in a 900° wood-burning oven and what really makes this place special is that everything is cooked in that same oven, not just the pizza. The wings, meatballs, and even the chicken for the Caesar salad all come out perfectly smoky and flavorful. The cozy atmosphere and BYOB setup make it the perfect spot for a relaxed night out. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love this place... pizza is fantastic, stand out was pizza Bianca with a smoked prosciutto that cut through the fattiness of the cheese perfectly. Also really liked the meatball canzone, super flavorful and they slice the meatballs to make them more sandwich friendly. GENIUS!!! will definitely be back soon
