I would leave 5 stars, except, now it isn't 24 hours. This was one of the few places I could goto 24 hours a day. And they don't even bother keeping their store sign light on at night, so you think you missed it and goto make another U-turn to find it. But it's not even 24 hours anymore, so guess it doesn't really matter if you find it or not. You just passed it, and it's already closed, but guess it also doesn't matter if you drive around in circles thinking you missed it. No...read full review

I recently visited the Dunkin’ location at 429 US 46 in Little Ferry, New Jersey, and unfortunately experienced a disappointing customer service interaction.
After placing my order and paying in cash, I requested my change. The employee responded in a manner that I found abrupt and confrontational, ultimately informing me that I was not welcome to return to the store. This reaction appeared to be connected to my request for change and the fact that I did not leave a tip.

Dunkin' is a convenient spot with a drive-thru service that is perfect for a quick stop. While it claims to be open 24/7, this only applies to the drive-thru. The staff is friendly, efficient, and the parking lot is well-maintained. For vegans, the iced lattes and avocado toasts are highly recommended. The prices are reasonable compared to competitors. One customer was delighted with the quick service and their children enjoyed the munchkins and donuts. However, another customer had a negative experience with a new employee who made a mistake with their coffee order and argued about it. Despite this, Dunkin' remains a decent spot for a quick coffee or snack, especially through their convenient drive-thru.
