We stumbled upon Nova’s looking for a burger place on a Friday night. We each had the Nova burger. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a fresh, hamburger sandwich on a homemade hamburger bun. She makes fresh buns everyday.
For every bite of the bun, there was a piece of hamburger and her signature sauce. The burger was moist and not over cooked.
Not in the mood for a burger or sandwich, she also has a Chinese food menu.

Great service and super delicious burgers! Can’t wait to try more items on the menu. Husband ordered a spicy burger that wasn’t spicy at all but was still delicious. I order a kimchi burger that was really good and the kids had a regular nova burger that they enjoyed very much. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area.
