I ordered a Palermo’s Bakery wedding Cake for my New Jersey December 2023 wedding and tasting that cake with my husband was truly a slice of heaven! Think this will be the last time i order cake from Palermo. Don’t know what it is. But in the 13+ plus years I’ve ordered cake from them I’ve never had issues. But these last two cakes Ive ordered, have let me know maybe I should just find a new bakery.
They were once great when they had the other location open. Their customer service also has went to 💩.
