Exceptional Service and Compassion at rt 46 Little Ferry

I recently visited Route 46 Little Ferry Starbucks and experienced truly remarkable customer service. During my visit, I encountered an uncomfortable situation with another customer, and the staff at this location handled it with incredible care and attentiveness. They immediately noticed my discomfort and stepped in to ensure my safety and comfort, going above and beyond. Their compassion and quick response made me feel safe and supported, and it truly reaffirmed my trust in this Starbucks. This experience makes still want to return in the future. The staff truly deserve recognition and, honestly, a raise for their outstanding dedication and care.

This Starbucks is a detour from the one closest to my job but is pleasantly worth the drive because of the staff and I'd gladly take it. I don't take every name down but the employees have been great to me. Michelle, Hannah, Lexi and Danny are great and the kind of employees i need in my own business. I've been a catering manager for years and they represent the kind of service that I want people to experience.

Nowadays most services are transactional alone but being able to feel human and receive actual kindness and care in a society that feels very lonely post epidemic is a blessing.
That aside, drinks are always prepared fast and efficiently, i'm usually here around 6 in the morning to 8. I recommend the caramel macchiato. Thank you little ferry starbucks!

I see the same people work almost everyday! And they are all always awesome. Whoever works there in the morning is always a pleasure to see when I'm getting my coffee before work! They all remember my order and always make it delicious. I never take a picture of it because I drink it all before I remember to! Great place for coffee 10/10

The girl that's almost always at the window is super nice and sweet. I come here almost everyday and she always remembers my drink which is nice & that I get a water! Best Starbucks around :)

I came in today as I usually do, and I wasn’t even planning on leaving a review, but the service today was honestly horrible. I’m not sure if it was because it’s a Monday, but both lattes I ordered were made incorrectly. When I asked Hannah to add extra caramel — which she forgot to add in the first place — she gave me an attitude and said she had already added caramel to one of the drinks. I then asked for a bit more caramel, and she seemed bothered by the request. I paid almost 7 dollars per latte.

I was polite the entire time, but the experience felt very unwelcoming. I’m not sure if the staff needs additional customer service training, but employees should be kind to customers — especially since coffee is something many of us look forward to. I was really hoping to enjoy a nice latte today, and unfortunately that didn’t happen.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but after my visit to Starbucks on Friday, I feel it’s necessary. While I was there, I witnessed a shift supervisor screaming and cursing at an employee. It was loud, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. I checked in with the employee afterward, his name tag said his name was Harry, and he responded politely, assuring me that she was his shift supervisor and that I shouldn’t be concerned.
Honestly, the fact that he seemed used to this kind of behavior makes me think it happens often, which is extremely troubling. No employee should be treated that way, especially in front of customers.
I truly hope that Starbucks management looks into this situation and takes appropriate action. This kind of behavior should never be acceptable in any workplace.

I sent a mobile order in store, then asked a hot tea refill. They asked me to show today’s receipt at this location.
Not comfortable that I’m not trusted to ask a refill here.

I just visited this spot for the very first time, and I am already hooked. The entire experience was fantastic from the moment I walked in!
More importantly, my drink. I had the iced caramel macchiato and it was made to absolute perfection. It's rare to find a place that nails the execution right out of the gate, but they definitely did. It was flawless. A truly great experience, and I highly recommend stopping by. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Disappointed. I paid $7 for a drink that wasn’t even filled properly and had way too much ice. For the price, I expected better quality and consistency. I kindly asked the Staff to fill my cup, and instead of remaking my drink they added in more milk!

i’ve ordered from here 3 times already and each time the drinks have been nasty. they definitely do not make the drinks like the other starbucks do. never ordering from here again.

Person at the drive through was extremely rude. I was finishing up with my mobile order to pick at the window and he told me: next time, don’t do that. Extremely rude to approach a customer like this. There is no rule that says I’m not allowed to place my order right before heading to the line. This happened today 09/17/25 at 12:34 pm.
