I’ve had enough of the consistently bad service at the Little Ferry, NJ Starbucks location. Today, Saturday 1-18-25 at approximately 11:15 am, was the final straw. I ordered two White Chocolate Mochas, but was given two Hot Chocolates instead. Mistakes happen, so I went back inside to have them fix it. To my surprise, they handed me two more Hot Chocolates! On top of that, the staff was a little passive aggressive about it. Not offering an apology or anything. Just giving me the same wrong drinks once again.
This location seems to get my order wrong almost every time, despite me ordering the exact same thing regularly (White Chocolate Mochq) It’s frustrating and unacceptable. Of all the Starbucks I’ve visited, this has to be the worst one. Some of the management and staff clearly need better training and customer service skills. Not all, but some of them.
I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location. It’s a shame because I’ve been going there for a while. I live very close by. If you value your time and want your order made correctly, go to another Starbucks.

I drove 10 min to get Starbucks coffee coz i love Starbucks but when I reached there I went to the drive thru .. when I reach their no body answered , then I thought may b their is next station to order so I went ahead, menu came then second menu .. I didn’t see anything so I directly drive towards the window.. the lady was their n she has no customer .. I ask her to take my order but she refused saying she didn’t see me on her camera.. I don’t know what she was doing or why she didn’t see me on her camera but that’s not my fault.. I m very disappointed with this location n I am not going there again . N please if you guys don’t want to embarrass yourself then don’t go to this location.. I just left with out buying anything ..

This location is CRAZY BUSY.. Mostly mobile order Saturday morning. Staff is very quick. I guess this location doesn't have ceramic cups or plates. Asked for sit-in plate and and ceramic espresso cup.. but I got served in a paper bag and a paper cup. No milk or creamer bottle unless you request.

I go here a lot the only thing is I feel bad when there is a little bit of staff and a lot of orders.
One guy there is always on my order he always makes sure it’s ready. I got so much that they even know my name. But only had a run in with a girl because I accidentally didn’t hit the order submit so I kind of held up the line, but I was willing to drive around and she kinda got loud with me, but it was just an accident. Other than that I don’t have a problem with this place.

There is no doubt if you want to enjoy the best coffee, with the best service and excellent atmosphere, you cannot miss visiting a Starbucks coffee

Wasted 20 mins discussing refill policy for a latte -> asking for cold brew refill
Checked again when I got home, the policy was changed and is intentionally more vague although does specify that is is valid "when purchasing a beverage" not specifying that it has to be of the same beverage you're asking for the refill.
Old policy used to say "regardless of original drink".
I will leave this review until such time the customer refill policy is significantly more clear so I never have to have this kind of bad experience again as it was the only reason I enjoyed drinking at starbucks
Otherwise, managers and baristas seemed okay, if a little newer and inexperienced.

I went to Starbucks and found the doors locked. As I stood there, I noticed the employees inside laughing and pointing at me through the window. Being a white bald man, I felt singled out and disrespected, as they refused to serve me without any explanation.

Why this place in Little Ferry cannot make a caramel macchiato?? They forget the espresso three times in a row. Crazy! I'm don'e with Starbucks caramel macchiatos. They just taste like Caramel milk. Yuk.

Drinks are pretty good and the food is like normal. Service is kind of a mixed bag, but gave off the "I got you what you wanted now leave" kind of interactions sometimes, but the manager seems to not represent that. Overall a pretty good experience, been going here rather consistently and I haven't had any major issues.
