On August 2nd I ordered my usual through UberEats. I got 1 CLASSIC, 1 CRAFT YOUR OWN - DOUBLE and 1 REGULAR FRY. The CLASSIC AND REGULAR FRY were fine however I couldn’t say the same for the CRAFT YOUR OWN - DOUBLE. I unwrapped this first item and was savoring the sandwich until the last few bites, I encountered a foreign object in my burger. It was a piece of paper presumably from a napkin. You can see it circled in red from the photo I provided. UberEats has failed me. They've been utterly useless throughout this whole dilemma. Despite all the evidence I have provided every attempt I've made through UberEats to get a partial refund for my contaminated sandwich has resulted in nothing. Today is now August 26th and the dispute I filed with my bank to get a charge back was to no avail either. It is quite a shame this predicament transpired as I enjoyed frequenting this establishment. I can only hope that no one else should suffer a fate such as this.

I really like the food here, I get the burger and the tater tots, every time I'm near the area. I would say 4.5 stars, and the food has remained consistent in the last few years that I've been going there. Good spot with parking.

Ordered in and when it got here the burgers were over cooked and not season well. And the price of the side for the large and they weren't any bigger than a small. Not worth the money sorry im going back to five guys

I was actually craving Sabretts but OMG was this AMAZING! I only ordered one hotdog because I have intestinal issues and got out of the hospital Saturday and didn't know what to expect but it was delicious! I WILL oder two next time or try their burgers! 😁

I had the cheesesteak and French fries. The fries were decent, but the cheesesteak was so greasy and the flavor was not very good. I didn't have the burgers, so not sure if they are any better, but I would guess very greasy as well. The people who work there are really not nice at all and they look miserable 😕 it's a small place with some tables if you want to eat there.
The place was very dirty and the cashier was rude.

The man who served us did so with a smile and made us feel welcome with our toddler. The burgers were excellent and the fries were delicious and fresh. We also enjoyed the juice options at the fountain drink stand. Great experience!
