Wings quality is just terrible. Mediocre. Taste like rubber band. Ordered 20 wings. Only ate 2 since i was too hungry. Had to throw out the rest… never again. Trying to get refund through uber eats but nothing.

I give them only 1 ⭐️ because the service was so bad ! The employees were so rude , we arrived at 11:15 , the washrooms was closed , we had little kids that wanted to go to the washroom, but they didn’t let us in assuming that they already washed it and they don’t want to wash it again !!! I asked them for few forks , the employee gave me an attitude and said dining room close at 11:45 , not only that but even they closed the soft drinks machine so that they don’t let us to drink from it although we paid for it ! I really like wingstop but i don’t recommend this location at all !

Am delivery driver 64 yrs went to collect food for customer requested to let me go to rest room the lady staff said no only for customers I was collecting food on behalf of customer imagine the lady says no as instructions fro the owner. What to say 1day youngsters r also to get older like me. Delivery drivers hv no respect as it seems we r beggars.
No one in the kitchen wears gloves. I asked the lady at the counter to request the staff to wear gloves. She says she told them (which she didn’t because I watched her) and then they continued to touch the frozen chicken fillets and everything else they were frying with the bare hands. This is appalling. How are you handling food with your bare hands?
