Placed an order 30 minutes before going to pick it up, had to wait 15 minutes longer once I got there. I ordered a grilled cheese and got cold cheese on toasted white bread..? Will not be returning!

I placed an order with them for delivery. There was an issue with my order and they refused to fix it. Their customer service was awful and when I called them about the problem they responded with “what do you want me to do about it?”. They refused to help me. The order went in the trash because I was unable to eat it due to allergies. Their lack of service and disrespect is disgusting. I will never go here again and I will tell everyone I know about this awful experience...read full review
