This is the spiritual successor to Zen Japanese Cuisine, otherwise known as the original chinese-owned Japanese restaurant at the Livingston Circle, and also the restaurant I used to work at in high school. Needless to say, this place holds some memories for me. But, this new spot did a fine job to retain the old decor but also add a modern touch to it as well. All the flooring and booth seating is new, but it retains most of the old layout. Our food came out super fast, and everything...
