Business lunch, service was good. The food was good. The place needs some updating, i.e., rugs, and furniture past their prime. For business lunch, you want a more contemporary look. The interior is starting to look like it's primarily for older age group and or retirees..

Great service, very attentive waitress. Manager comes along to check on things. Pork chop giambota with hot peppers was tender and great taste. Wife's pasta with broccoli was undercooked and a bit lukewarm. We always get dressed nice to go out on Saturday night, but get so aggravated the restaurants let patrons walk in like they just came out of bed. Don't get dressed to go to Neros

Nero’s is an interesting place with several rooms to dine in. The staff and service were very slow. The food was okay. They totally messed up my order and brought me the wrong dish. I had to wait another 20-25 Minutes before it was corrected where everyone was finished with their meal. Would not comeback.

Nero's is always a great go to spot , they never disappoint . From cocktails to the appetizers and then entrees. Let's not forget there homemade desserts like the monstrous carrot cake that can feed the restaurant . Solid spot!!

I have been dining at Nero's for many years. This was the first time that all 4 of us had unsatisfactory meals. A huge disappointment.

Crowded, facility needs updating, food average to below average for price, but most disappointing was the sub standard service. Long time to get waiter's attention to order and then to receive food. Forgot to recognize my birthday, though it was on the reservation and acknowledged upon our arrival. They did bring a desert and sung happy birthday to an adjacent table. So just not a consistent level of service perhaps. Upon departing shared our disappointment with the manager who said oh well will get you next time. Long time popular restaurant in the area which has unfortunately gone significantly down hill in recent days. Had similar experience a couple months earlier but thought it was just an atypical night but now have to believe it represents the current situation. Disappointing.

We had high hopes for this restaurant, but it ended up being one of the most disappointing dining experiences we’ve had yet in Jersey. The food quality did not come close to matching the high prices. The $51 filet was tough, not tender and flavorless, served with nothing but a side of A1 sauce — no sides included. We ordered mashed potatoes and mac & cheese separately, both of which tasted like they came from a box or were made with powdered mixes.
The pasta entrée was drenched and watery, as if it hadn’t even been drained properly. On top of that, despite having a reservation and the restaurant being nearly empty, we were seated at a small, awkward table right near the bathrooms — it felt like an afterthought.
Overall, this was a terrible value for the price, and we left feeling incredibly disappointed. Definitely not a place I’d recommend or return to.

I have a significant allergy and have a hard time eating out at restaurants because of accidental cross contamination, so I am very particular as to what I eat at a restaurant. When asking about how a food was prepared, the waiter noticed that I changed my order based on his answer. He and the chef made an accommodation without asking me about it so that I could eat the original item. They gave me what I ordered in addition to the modified food, which was such a treat for me! They are super kind and thoughtful!
