Friendly and attentive service. The food is consistently excellent and interesting- with uniques salads and pastas.
A couple large parties today slowed up the service, but staff and food were great as usual. New dessert option didn't make the cut.
We had a terrible experience here tonight.. Our waitress was terrible. Never brought us water.. never stopped by our table to see if we needed anything. We had to stand up and get our own salt and pepper. Get up again to get parm and pepper flakes. Get up again to get our own plates. Just terrible. We were there for 2 hrs and only had salad and pizza. We asked to speak to speak to a manger multiple times, to find out on the way out there was no manger there. This place has gone completely down hill in both food and service. We all left feeling sick and maybe that had to do with no one ever bringing us a drink. Not even water.
Longtime customer since the 90s. One of my favorites. Had a not so great experience with a server a few weeks ago . Mentioned it to the manager, Andrew who said he would make it up to me next time. Indeed he did in my most recent visit by assigning a great server and giving my party complimentary dessert. Great food & even better customer service.
Have been going to PV for many, many years Usually very solid Last night we had the fettuccini with chicken pancetta and Marsala wine sauce and it was unprofessionally prepared The sauce was very watery and not good We didn't return it, but we should have The 4,cheese pizza was great and the veal meatballs were also good It was very surprising to have such a poorly made dish at PV The service was excellent
The food was good. The waiter service was very slow to start. But once the waiter realized that we were there, he was very attentive. The seating was a bit cramped even though there were many tables open, and we did have reservations through Open Table.
Good as always and the new decor is beautiful! Our waitress was sweet and was very attentive.
My husband and I decided to use Panevino for our wedding reception after we found them online for small New Jersey wedding venues. They made it a dream come true on the outdoor garden patio! It was beautiful! Jennifer the event planner was a joy to work with. She was organized, helpful, had great taste, and made sure our whole event ran smoothly. Exceeded our expectations! Drew the manager was also very helpful to make sure everything went as we desired. The male bartender made sure we always had a drink in our hands, and went above and beyond helping with orders and bringing out food. The food was so delicious and we had so many compliments! We would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting to use them for an event, and we will continue to return for dinners as the food is always 5 stars! Thank you Panevino!

We have been coming to Panevino for years and have always loved it. Last night however was just ok. While the food had great taste, the portion size was much smaller than the past, both our calamari appetizer and main pasta dishes. Also, we ordered chicken to be added to the penne and it amounted to less than half a piece of chicken, it was basically non-existent. Still fabulous house iced tea tough so that was a plus.
The calamari was very salty, the meatballs didn't have much flavor. And we were sat right by the kitchen and I saw as one of the serves picked on our calamari before it was served to us. Our server was nice but other than that the experience was not pleasant. Very disappointed.

Panevino is a favorite restaurant of ours so we will continue to come back, but last night the service was horrible! The restaurant was not crowded at all so there was no excuse for the poor service!
The Bruschetta outstanding. My fiance had Chicken Parmesan and I had Bolognese with meatballs and Pappardelli . The wine and pasta was amazing. The food was white table cloth worthy.?The servers were attentive and on point. The ambience and atmosphere was second rate. Only because the chair and table arrangement was not inviting nor comfortable.

The service from Ari was just superb. Such a sweet and accommodating young man. I ordered the special: branzino. The skin on the fish was soggy and the dish was under seasoned so that was disappointing. Sangria, calamari were excellent. Bruschetta topping lacked flavor although the bread was very tasty. Host was very kind to swing by and move our table to the shady side of the patio. Overall great experience.
Awful service for a family of four having dinner on June 29. The appetizers took a long time to come out, and then they forgot about an appetizer my wife had ordered. There were no refills for water. I ordered another glass of wine when my main course arrived. However, the waiter didn't bring the wine until after I had finished the main course so I sent the wine back. Food was average at best. We will never come back to this restaurant, which is very overpriced for what we got. The waiter at least apologized and they did take 15% off the bill. Still, a very disappointing dining experience, especially considering the price.
Love, love, loved it! Very nice lunch with good friends.
