Found a bug or caterpillar in the food, was given a full refund. This only means two things: the food isn’t prepped daily.. or it definitely isn’t checked when being stored.Never again.
Food is ok. Customer service is horrible! During my first bad experience, I ordered three chicken teriyaki with extra meat. As they were preparing, I said I asked for extra meat. They were literally arguing with me rather than providing a solution. The cashier incorrectly rang me up. There was no offer for them to make extra with me paying the difference. Because of the lack of customer service, I told them to keep it and asked for a refund. Two weeks later I returned to the mall...read full review

Literally sprinkled meat on top of my food but served the other customers better because they are white. My first impression was terrible. Very nasty set of staff.. treated me differently because I’m African. The Livingston Mall branch is Terrible. I hv never felt so mistreated.
