Delicious food and always fresh! Every time I visit North Jersey I have to check out Soy & Ginger. The sesame chicken is excellent and Ialways grab a plentiful, flavorful chicken lo mein. Overall a great place and reasonably priced.

Friendly service, good variety of flavor/sauce options and very generous servings (esp the rice). I found that there was a slight “charred” taste to the food even though nothing looked overcooked or burnt. Perhaps from
