Food was delicious! I ordered the wok glazed ginger chicken lunch special with hot and sour soup as well as pan fried dumplings. The entree was deliciously prepared with a nice sear on the meat and veggies. The fried rice was tasty. The dumplings were big and nicely filled, though the wrapper is on the thicker side but still great. Soup was great and lightly salted. Food was still warm after an hour drive.

Delicious food and always fresh! Every time I visit North Jersey I have to check out Soy & Ginger. The sesame chicken is excellent and Ialways grab a plentiful, flavorful chicken lo mein. Overall a great place and reasonably priced.

Friendly service, good variety of flavor/sauce options and very generous servings (esp the rice). I found that there was a slight “charred” taste to the food even though nothing looked overcooked or burnt. Perhaps from
the cookware as they prepared our dishes?
