On 10/20/25 at 4:12 pm ordered a pumpkin spice late. It was 4:45 pm and I never got the coffee. Person making the coffee claimed never receiving the order but I got charged for it. She even asked the lady in the register if i ordered the coffee and she said yes. Waited 10 more minutes thinking she was preparing the coffee but she didn't. I asked for my money to be refund.Very disappointed 😞

I visited this location while a loved one is in the hospital. Quality of the truth / food was perfect, most of all the service was excellent. The entire team at this location was super kind.

Patient staff, that handle a lot of volume due to being inside the hospital. The drinks are as good as any other location and there is a lot of seating to relax a bit. The 1-star reviews are unwarranted, they close a little early sometimes but 8 pm is very late closing for a coffee shop.
