“The new owner at this location, Lou, was very kind and accommodating. I had placed an order for pretzels online a few weeks ago while the store was under the previous ownership. My order was unable to be completed due to the equipment being down on the day I was supposed to pick it up. I was told by the old owner that he would leave my receipt at the front and I could come in and pick up the pretzels anytime. (after the equipment was fixed) I stopped in yesterday to find a new owner and no record of any reciept at the "front". I explained the situation to Lou and although he didn't even own the store at that time, he wanted to make it right and sympathized with my situation. He seems like a stand up guy and good honest business owner. Good luck! We will be back”

“These drinks are part of their summer drink menu. Pineapple whipped crushed (taller glass) and key lime pie martini (smaller glass). Both were incredible! If your having a hard time choosing between the two my favorite was the Pineapple.
They always have great live music here and the food is pretty good. They Thai chili sauce is 10/10! Do get the shrimp with it you'll thank me later.
I also love coming for brunch. I am a big fan of a expresso cocktail and French toast.”

“I made reservations for Harry Potter High Tea in April. They promoted it until mid summer. Had reservation for today June 21st for special Birthday. Ridley House took down all Harry Potter stuff, the restaurant was empty. We were seated in baron area with only one other table. The table tops were really beat up as was a lot of fixtures. High Tea was promoted with 3 tiers of food but what my SIL got was so sparse and a joke for $35. Over priced, underwhelming decor and just horrible! We will not be back! Stingers here we come!!”

“Let me start I did read all the bad reviews before heading over there so I didn’t have great expectations.However as a cheapskate and a craft beer lover especially searching for my lessor common styles of beer, I typically go by each bar and restaurant in airport and scan QR code to see beer selection and check pricing.Most places here in Philadelphia Airport straight rip off at 16 per pint, but when you want a beer you’re stuck. Anyway when I first approached the counter I was absolutely expecting to be poked since they didn’t show prices only beer menu.Luckily they had something for me that I was going to purchase regardless, A nice strong Golden at 8%.I was then blown away upon seeing I got a 20oz, normally higher ABV beers are served in smaller 12oz glasses. Any full pour of 20oz was only 10 bucks and I was expecting at least 20, left me room in budget to not only get 2nd beer plus a pretty solid hotdog and chips.Biggest plus was Connor the bar tender, was super cool and attentive, and then informed me I was safe to take my cup and walk back to my terminal, since I walked a fair distance just to check out all beer options.Lastly, unlike most other restaurants In airport it’s kind of obvious if your paying attention that their section is not owned and maintained by airport, as most restaurants have tables and chairs with chargers that kind of blend from restaurants into gates, so I kinda understand their right to ask people to patronize their business or ask them to leave, I was lucky to find a spot at the bar.Not excusing anyone ever treated rudely, and definitely not my experience.”

They are always great, very friendly. They really seem to enjoy their jobs. They have good management and training something that you don't see much anymore. They are all winners.
