Highly recommend Skipper Dipper anytime you’re on LBI. Even if you see a long line you’ll be pleasantly surprised and highly impressed how quickly you have ice cream in your hands due to the amazing dippers and how seamlessly they work around the crowd to make your experience the best possible!
