Bagels are not made here but are delivered fresh daily. Lots of varieties. lots of sandwiches and light meals. good portions. fast, friendly service which is surprisingly good given that everything's made to order. Family owned and operated. Good parking. Take out only although there are tables outside. No public bathroom or sink.

First time at this bagel shop! Girl at the register was just so sweet!! We asked a few questions and she was so nice about everything. Not only was there a really big self serve coffee area which was really well stocked but the price for 3 sandwiches , oj and coffees was very good. Bagels and bagel sandwiches were delicious. Will definitely be back in this trip!! NYers, these bagels are super tasty❤️🥹

We stopped in as the store was closing… they turned their oven back on for us and unpacked the bagels they had left! The owner and staff were so friendly! They even were kind enough to throw in a few extra! The bagels were the best we've had and the hazelnut iced coffee was delicious!

The place was packed so there was a bit of a wait, I'd say about ten minutes. I got a blueberry bagel with cream cheese which slapped and my friend got the big man (Taylor ham egg and cheese to which the girl at the register corrected as pork roll, lol).

If you‘re going to hire 7 15 year olds make sure they are actually going to do their job. 1 person makes the food while the rest of the people stand there and talk making it take 10 minutes per sandwich. Also overpriced.

Bagel was okay…nothing to write home about and certainly not the best bagel on the Island, but it isn’t a bad bagel.
That said the prices are ridiculous. I’m looking at my receipt: $9 for a bagel; $6.50 for an iced coffee.
The bagel price I get but it’s impossible to justify $6.50 for a coffee. Every other deli / bagel shop on the island sells coffee, and this is the first time my jaw dropped when I saw the price. It’s also very average coffee.
As a business owner, I understand the need to meet your margins and make a profit but the prices in this place are comical.

This is exactly the kind of beach breakfast/ lunch place I am always looking for. Great NJ bagels, really great sandwich (I got a tuna/avocado sandwich and it was one of the best things I at on the island this year). The owner was there and he and his staff were super nice. I'll plan to make this a normal stop when I'm back next year!

The Swiss and the Cheddar Jalapeno bagels here are hands down the best bagels I've ever tasted, but they don't come cheap. I checked the overhead board for prices before ordering. Bagels were $1.90 apiece, $22 per Dozen, & $11+ per half dozen. When ordering I was told there would be a "slight" upcharge for the swiss & jalapeno cheddar options. I ordered a dozen and a half (16 of which were swiss & cheddar jalapeno) and grabbed a tub of butter (@$6) which I believed would cost me $40 plus a slight upcharge. Since slight literally means small in degree or amount, I expected around .20 cents upcharge per bagel. It was actually $1.10 extra per bagel for a total of $3 per bagel. That is an additional 60% per bagel, and not at all "slight". So, 1.5 dozen bagels and a tub of butter was over $60.00.
I don't mean this to be a negative review of the bagels or the service. In fact, the bagels were great and the counter person was very pleasant. While I love to support local businesses, and am aware that prices increased everywhere we ate this year (Barry's, Parker's Garage, and The Black Whale), I cannot see the justification for being charged over $60.00 for 18 bagels and a tub of butter.
