Normal Japanese American restaurant, for me, who recently arrived from Japan, the restaurant is a bit weak. It doesn't have many varieties of dishes, but it does have varieties of sushi and sashimi. Good for those who want to eat sushi and sashimi.
great take out, dine in service very hands off. we enjoyed the miso soup and classic ginger salad which came with TWO SAUCES! the crab rangoon is delicious along with the Vietnamese spring roll, the spicy crab roll, shrimp tempura roll were very good as well!
I know the manager, he owns this place and others around Jersey. I’ve been to a few of them and he and his wife are very friendly. He literally lets me have food for free every time he sees me. Great place, amazing service and friendly environment. The food is amazing as always and there’s never any mistakes. Sometimes things might be a little expensive but it’s worth it if you’re coming with friends or family.
