This is the first meadery I've been to (I usually do wineries, but none are in the area). They have both meads and ciders and some N/A options for designated drivers. I had a flight of meads that were very nice ranging for off dry (a bit sweet) to dry (not sweet) and ended up buying a bottle. Tucked away from the buzz of Pier Village, Beach Bee Meadery is a true hidden gem. If you’re looking for a relaxed, off-the-beaten-path spot to unwind, this place delivers.
The slushies are an absolute standout—icy, flavorful, and dangerously drinkable. Their tasting flights are also worth a go if you want to explore the variety of meads and ciders they craft in-house. Whether you’re a mead newbie or a fan, there’s something for everyone.

The Beach Bee is adorable inside and out and the meads pretty great too. The inside looks like a down country instagram playground and there’s a charming semi-covered outdoor area great for big groups. We did a mix of meads and cider flights. The dry meads were by far my favorite. Great place to try something different.
