Pizza was absolutely delicious. Very thin crust and bursting with flavor. I do not recommend the whipped ricotta, it was very sweet and lemony. The people are so nice and the service was great.

The dough is something special. They let it ferment for 48 hours before baking. That makes it very light and easy to digest. It doesn’t feel heavy at all, and it tastes incredible.
