Always can count on jacks for a great meal! The server Jessie is awesome and always treats everyone with respect. Overall great staff, always pleasant attitudes and smiles all around.
I’m not going to lie, I’ve always loved Jack’s, which is why it took me a while to actually write this. Unfortunately, the service at the bar has taken a huge step backward lately, and after hearing similar complaints from multiple friends who have always enjoyed coming here, I feel like management needs to know. Great food and service.
Ambiance was ok, not the greatest.
Our server messed up big time with billing. We up-sized our margaritas but they ended up billing $20 each which was a total rip off. They were trying to justify but totally failed. I would highly recommend to check pricing and bill before paying.
