Matiz Shore House truly stands out as one of the best dining experiences around. From the moment you walk in, the service is attentive and welcoming, the food is consistently exceptional, and the hospitality makes you feel right at home. Every detail is done right—definitely a spot worth coming back to again and again.

If you’re anywhere near Long Branch and not going to Matiz… you’re actually doing yourself a disservice.

We went all in, no playing it safe. Sancocho, French toast, skirt steak and eggs, Chicken Matiz, Colombian eggs, avocado salad, beef empanadas, tostones, and churros… and I’m dead serious when I say everything was a 10/10.

Not one miss. Not one “this could’ve been better.” Just straight hits across the board.
