İ ordered 2 Hot caramel macchiato in here , then i waited 10 minutes finally They made wrong coffee (ice caramel macchiato). they dont work right and quick. I had to leave here. So I left with the coffee I didn't order.

Simply the worst McDonald's in the US!! Incompetent and arrogant employees!! I waited more than 25 minutes for my order to be made, and when I saw an employee putting my bag at the end of the line, that was the last straw. I gave up and asked them to cancel the order and get my money back. I will never set foot there again and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Older Hispanic woman with the glasses that handed me my order made my drink with extra ice instead of light. It's 20° out. You think I need that? I drank it and realized the ice was still to the brim of the cup. I went to her and asked for a refill saying, "Can I please get a refill? I ordered light ice and my cup is more ice than a drink. I paid 3 bucks for a half tea half lemonade which is 2x as much as the soft drinks and my coworker got one that has almost no ice in it." She proceeded to be short with me and quickly replid, "That's not what you ordered." (Even though it's written clearly on my reciept). She never even bothered to read my receipt. She could care less. Poor customer service. She turned her back to me and said no refills. I'm never coming back to this location. How much does it really cost your business to do something so simple for your customers?

I don't know why people like this, terrible service, the person who served us didn't ask us anything and a person came and said yes, just because he demanded a fries and he cared more about the person and didn't care what was there in front of the cashier 😡 I hope they fire the cashier
The food is great if you'd like to be pulled up and wait for 20 minutes every single time. For fresh food that comes out cold. The area isn't great, feel like you might get robbed. And God forbid if anyone speaks English at McDonald's.

I usually come here at min 3 times a week as this location is less than 5 min away from my house but normally I don’t go inside. Today I decided to go inside because I didn’t have my car. At first me and my partner were going to eat inside so we ordered to the table. After waiting for a bit we noticed we had somewhere to be so when the food came I asked for a bag. I noticed they didn’t give any ketchup so I went to the counter to make it easier so I can get the bag and the ketchup. Ok no problem. Once obtaining my items I walk back to our little table near the rest rooms and start bagging our order. Out of nowhere this short Hispanic older woman of small stature who I wished I got her name starts arguing with me saying I knocked down her roll of paper towels. I told her I don’t know what she’s talking about and I just got here. she continues to argue with me until my partner steps in and tells the lady she put the paper towels near her cady because she put it in my chair where I was sitting and why would she put it in my chair when clearly we are sitting there (my partner was still at the table) now she’s arguing with her and telling her she needs to watch her mouth. While she’s arguing with us she hits a guy in the head with her mop and she goes to apologize to him and start talking about us in Spanish thinking I don’t speak Spanish but little does she know I’m black and Dominican i understand you. I went up and told the supposed manager but she seemed highly unconcerned to the point where I’m suspecting she may not be the manager. She was a younger woman, average height, also Spanish slightly heavyset. As a restaurant manager myself customer service is ALWAYS my #1 priority and I teach my staff accordingly. I am a loyal customer but not anymore. Take it from me, it’s worth driving a couple minutes down to Monmouth road in west long branch. I won’t EVER be back here
