My friend and I ordered the Ruben today at lunch. It had absolutely no flavor. The meat was dark brown and had no taste. A big disappointment. We told the server and his reply made no sense. He said the Ruben’s are made with a thicker cut. This thickness of the meat was not the issue.
I have been a customer for decades the new ownership has raised the bar (no pun) to eggcelance!!!! Love the fish taco and asada tacos mine and my wife favorites. The soups are super healthy and the deli is out of this world.
Wow, rude red-haired woman, could care less. Maybe thank you when your food is finally ready? Menu is reduced and, " there are no substitute options. Zero shrimp salad and , " thats it!" Then after hours it's a Chupacabre Mex restaurant with skull and rose art. I love being reminded of death while I am eating. The sign onthe wall, snarkily
