WindMill of North Long Branch

The hot dog was not what I remember a WindMill hot dog being. Instead of being juicy with a nice snap, it was dry and tough. I don't know if it was the hot dog or if it was cooked on the flat top too long. The fries seemed stale. The bottled water was good.

Great place for a bite after the beach

Food was average, guy running the place got angry that our group of 6 walked in and didn't stand in the exact spot he wanted us to wait in. Then he got upset that we ordered separately and didn't immediately know what we wanted. Awful unwelcoming atmosphere for average diner-level food. Hope the guy has a better day.

They made our salad without wearing gloves, forgot the chicken and overall were just rude.

Just FYI, I didn't know this. Since today is National Hot Dog Day, hot dogs are 1/2 off. DO NOT order online because the website to place orders is created by Door Dash and since that is a 3rd party, you will be ineligible for the discount. Call in your orders instead. Ordered lunch for myself and the office, called ahead to confirm hot dogs were half off, but they never said that online orders didn't qualify. Didn't think to ask because I assumed that the website belonged to Windmill. This is a learning lesson to never assume.

Great food but the man behind the counter got defensive and angry because I placed an online order. He was acting like I did something wrong because "we dont know whether you're coming in 10 minutes or an hour". Fix your system then to make that choice? Was going to eat inside but the man made me super uncomfortable so I just ate in my car.

It's windmill. ??????.. need I say more❓❓ if you've lived in Monmouth county you know what this is.. I just got to give it its props and this specific location in Long Branch is the best one. ???? Frfr. They always have the coolest a$$ workers there, winter and summer. I'd rather go to this one then their other ones. ?? are crispy and amazing, ? are the best I've ever had and the ? are okay.. lol. I don't go there for the burgers but they good. Windmill I ❤️ u.

Hotdogs are good, French fries really not and hamburgers neither. Honestly the employees were zero nice and I’m usually not judging tired unhappy employees, but these one were in the worst attitude

This hot dog place is small which is okay but the service was terrible and the hot dogs are very salty and greasy I read a review that’s very similar to mine now and I have to agree this must be the worst experience of an expensive dog I ever had in my life as well any one want a real dog being your butts to Rutts Hut or Hot Grill in Clifton, Nj that’s where you will experience the taste of a dog and won’t make you sick like this one just did to me the wise woman inside customer service stinks also good luck everyone !!

We always love coming here when our family is in the area the burgers are the best! But today 12/26/2023 we went and the sautéed onions they changed to very spicy and we couldn't even enjoy the wild west burger. Couldn't even taste the bacon or BBQ sauce. There should be an option for spicy or reg sautéed onions. My mouth still burns after 15 minutes. I have health issues and I have GERD my stomach is not doing to good.

Guy working counter very rude doesn’t care about getting fired also be careful they clean up early on grill so if your get a burger 1/2 Hour before closing you will taste it (LB Kids World Pizza Plus)
