Been here twice. The first time, we got bottom of the barrel slices that seemed to be from the day before. Second time, we went to order some specialty pies, and they told us they ran out of cheese (5:30pm on a Saturday night). Maybe the 3rd time will be a charm, but I doubt it.

I went here about 2 weeks ago and that's my fault for going when season is dead. It was empty but I got a hot sub and slice of pizza and drink. Bread was stale, chicken tasted old, pizza couldn't have been worse dry and tastes like it had been sitting out all day. Drink was also horrible. Avoid it when it's not busy summer season.

Best pizza in Long Branch! We've been coming here for years, food is always hot and ready before we pickup. Danny always has a great attitude and makes sure our food is top quality!

I understand there were a lot of people and the staff were a bit overwhelmed for Labor Day but there is no need to be rude to your customers. They had a sign up that said that they were closed until 430 & I simply wanted to ask a question in regards to ordering a Taco Pie since I know it takes awhile to make & I was basically kicked out and told they were closed until 430 from there I placed an order on the app & was called in the store before it reopened. If I wasn't there with my my family who was looking forward to trying out this pie which cost over $100 I would have left & took my business elsewhere.
food wasn’t good, service was terrible, waited 25 minutes for a single slice of pizza, and way

They don’t know how to even reheat their own slices. Guy kept my (expensive) slice in the oven for like a couple minutes. Dead cold and soggy when I went to go eat it. Pointless.

Read the reviews before you go to this place!!! I wish I did. Every bad review says the same thing for a reason. The manager has a terrible attitude, you order food off their menu annd they literally have no idea of what they sell. They told me they don’t offer what I ordered.. Also they’ll be out of an topping and assume you were supposed to know they were out of the product. They’ll still charge you for it though..A refund or an apology wasn’t offered. Just dirty looks.I have two stars because the pizza I did get wasn’t bad. But the service and over paying was.

Order has been completely incorrect three times out of five. Last time, waited an hour for the order to even be made and they never even made it, so I cancelled the order.

Taco pizza isn’t worth it with overpriced. It’s a taste, not the best I thought it will be.

Last summer and the summer before, we very much enjoyed their GF pizza. So far this summer, the three times I've gone in, I have been told "we *just* ran out of GF pizza" or stared at blankly when trying to order one. Tonight, for others in my party, we ordered three specialty slices from the counter. After charging my card, they tell me two that I ordered are gone (they were sitting there when I ordered) and when i received my "replacement" order it wasn't even what I asked for. Extremely disappointed by both the food I received and the customer service and I doubt we will return to this location.

I wanted to give a review on their lemon pepper chickens wings, it was horrible and they drowned the chicken wings with so much sauce and it has no taste, was very disappointed, the food was very good with the old owner, would not eat there again.
The experience has been beyond shocking. My family came to long branch shore to celebrate July 4th. we came to Tony Boloney's to grab a bite. while it was an extremely busy day we stood patiently for our turn to place the order. While ordering the lady said they are no longer serving whole pies and that we should select for the slices that were ready at the counter. it took us while to go and check the available slices nevertheless the order was placed. Our total bill was for $60 for 7 slices of pizza and we gave Tip too !!! we kept waiting to be served and when we saw people just coming by and telling the guys what they wanted we asked what happened to our order ! An employee then paid attention to our order and said we dont have many slices we ordered. To our dismay we highlighted the fact that we stood in the line for long, payment was taken in advance and now the guy says they dont have slices which obviously he was busy giving other in place of going through the sequence of the orders received. The employee who refused to give his name extremely rude way said "go away i'm not giving you guys food"..his another employee friend said take your refund and go away..we told him we stood in the line for food and they cant shoo us away..the guys called the cops on us, this was the hight of disrespect as customers we waited patiently, we duly paid and still were treated disrespectfully and with extremely behavior. The cops said they couldn't do anything took our ID details and said would make an incident report. I find all this appalling..two women ill-treated, we paid for the food, we pay our taxes we do everything we can as citizens then why are we treated because we are women of color ??? Respect isn't such a big demand, he could have easily said - " Sorry "but the slices are oven can i serve you anything else" ...instead he decided to be rude, disrespectful and called the cops on us which ideally we should have done !!!!..FYI..he wasn't wearing any gloves, he was sweating and dripping through his forehead ..extreme unhygienic conditions of keeping food.
Not quite sure how I feel about this place. I think I need to try other locations as I've gone to this location twice now and both times was a little bit disappointed with the menu, service, and food portions. On Instagram, Tony Boloney's looks like they serve these funky and larger than life and subs, but both times I've gone, I felt like I overpaid for a misleading experience. The sandwiches on Instagram look a lot bigger and better than they have in real life, unfortunately. I guess the best way to put it is that Tony Boloney's did not meet my expectations.... Don't get me wrong, the food is delicious, but I was a little let down. I also wasn't impressed by the customer service, but they did seem understaffed, so that's understandable! Lastly, I also found out that each restaurant has a different menu, so I would suggest doing some research beforehand if you are looking to try a certain sandwich that caught your eye on social media or something.

Avoid this place at all costs.Ordered a $40 pizza the other day, drove an hour to get it, picked it up, drove all the way back home, opened it up, and it was missing one of the main ingredients. So I called to see what happened, and Ahmad said they were out of it...Not once did Ahmad tell us they did not have this ingredient (when we ordered it, when we paid FULL price for it or when we picked it up.)We would have ordered something completely different if we knew they were out of this. They had no problem charging full price and then tried to swipe it under the rug like there was nothing. When I called, Ahmad made it seem like I was supposed to know they were out of this product before we ordered...Heck, they did not even tell us they were out of this item when they had numerous chances to. It is clear Ahmad and the staff had no issues with us paying full price and trying to pretend like nothing was wrong.Place was dirty, pizza was very salty and lacked flavor. This place does not care about you, the customer. There are dozens of pizza places within a 10 mile radius that actually care about their customers and try to make it right when they screw up, this place is not one. Save your money, and go somewhere else.In a high inflation time, $40 for the pizza in the image is ridiculous. Then to have service like this when customers are spending double the normal price for a pizza is a joke.Do yourself, you bank account and your mental health a favor and avoid this place.
Don’t know what happened, this place is usually on point. Went in other day, old pizza was out seemed for a few hours, not much of a selection. Asked if any pies were coming out and they said no. It was 5p on a Saturday they close at 8p. Very rude and short customer service. Will not be returning
