One of my favorite spots for a pint and a bite with friends. It helps its exactly in the middle distance for both my friends and I. Their outdoor area is the best but the indoor bar and restaurant are also great. Not only do they have a generally great beer list they make a mean old fashioned.

Go there for the drinks. They were great. Food was a mixed bag. All dishes were under-seasoned. Maybe it was just too busy? Was the fryer was broken? Fried pickles were soggy/not fresh. Even the regular fries were lacking.

Service was great.

We'd been here ~10 years ago. They used to have umbrellas and outdoor tables. Festive. The semi-permanent 'outside' tent lacks all atmosphere, and was the wrong choice on a nice sunny day.
