“Stopped by here on a whim on Mother's day and it was the perfect family friendly yet relaxing atmosphere we were looking for. Even for a busy holiday day, lets say we had to wait 40 min to get our food, 15 min to get drinks. But our young girls had plenty of fun people watching and romping around their open green space while they waited. I think we l lucked out on parking for sure and we were just a small party of 4 comfortable to picnic on the ground. If youre looking for a casual, lively environment where you can enjoy some good food and beers while your kids run around this is the spot for you!”

“I first came across Stirling & Co via the Long Hill Facebook group and was intrigued by the tacos - I thought this was just a breakfast/deli type of spot? We had to go check it out for ourselves when I needed a coffee fix. Jeff immediately made us feel like family and had the iPad out and ready to show off a wide range of dishes they were testing out, birria tacos included of course. He let us try his cold brew and refreshers and they were all so good! We got an order of tacos to go and they were amazing.

The real magic though was the second time we came back. I had to try going dairy free for my newborn and its been really challenging to find things to eat. I knew Stirling & Co would have something. Jeff and Nicole were so kind. They workshopped some ideas with me and we landed with blackened fish tacos with mango salsa. Nicole was SO on top of the dairy sensitivity too and made sure to double check everything with the cooks before it got to me. I really can't explain how much I appreciated them going above and beyond like this for me. I'm so excited to have them in town and I wish them so much success!”

“We contacted Kaela to create a tornado birthday cake for our son’s 6th birthday. She made the process seamless and enjoyable. She was transparent and so easy to communicate with. The final product was amazing and our son loved it. The golden Oreo icing is so different from other flavors we have tasted and delicious!! We recommend Kaela for your next cake/event, you will be very happy with your choice. My son said the cake was impressive.”

“If you’re vegetarian - you HAVE to go eat at the restaurant. They cook veggies to such perfection!! The food is so Flavorful.. the pad Thai is yuuuuuummmy!!! We also love their fried rice with tofu Choo chee curry.
We’ve been going to this restaurant for over 10 years. And can’t recommend this hidden gem enough. There is lots of hype about other Thai in the area, we’ve tried them but nothing tastes as fresh and yummy as this place does!! The owner Fai is also really sweet and knows how to take care of her customers!”

“Just stopped here to pickup coffee and a quick breakfast after our cruise vacation and bit of a drive home. What an amazing choice this was to finish off our trip back home.

The coffee is amazing!! We got an iced coffee and iced latte. Don’t think I’ve ever had coffee this perfect before! The donuts are MASSIVE too!

“As someone who grew up in and loves Metuchen deeply, I can officially add Terzo to one of the most memorable places of one of my favorite towns. Came here to have dinner and introduce my parents to my boyfriend’s parents, a very special occasion for us. At no point did we feel rushed throughout our experience which I appreciate a lot since we were there from 6-9pm on a Wednesday night.
The atmosphere is beautiful and perfect for any special occasion or date night. Everyone was raving about the food the entire time!
For appetizers we got the peach burrata salad, wagyu meatballs (our favorite!), and the calamari (second favorite!!). For dinner we loved the cacio de pepe and chicken parm. The crab risotto was a top contender too. Oh my, the portions are so big so be ready to take some home! For dessert we had the apple pie cannolis and coffee. Sangria was yummy but in a smaller pitcher than we normally see, so get two if you have a bigger group! I wish I took some pictures of our food but we were having too good of a time to actually think about it!

“Had a great lunch here the other week. Food was delicious and atmosphere was very relaxed. The salmon was cooked just right and was very juicy. All of the appetizers we had were excellent but the fried zucchini was amazing. The only negative was we were here for longer than I had hoped for but that's not a deal breaker for me. I will be back, just not when I am pressed for time lol”

“Frequented the old location many times and loved it every time. 1st time at the new location this past Saturday and… WOW. Food was above and beyond as was the service. PEI white mussels are out of this world. Duck breast and lamb chops were delicious. With tomorrow being the 1st day of spring we are that much closing to a lovely meal on the patio.”

“Frequent customer, but always blown away with the freshness of their summer menu. The shrimply the best tacos, which was originally on a tostada last summer, was just as amazing, but didn’t sit as heavy as a tostada. Love the move to a light tortilla. The Mexi-Avo toast was so filling and the flavors melted together so nicely. Don’t forget the decor inside is so cozy, boho/havana vibe and perfect for a date or girl’s brunch. 10/10”

“This place is a hidden gem! The eggplant and burrata was delicious and a great way to start our meal. From there we moved to the grilled octopus and the scallops. This was by far the best seafood I’ve had. It was very well cooked, very well seasoned and everything in the plate complemented one another. Billy, our server, made us feel welcomed and recommended the best dessert. We will be coming here again.”

“Wow!! This restaurant really impressed me. Went here tonight for dinner with a girlfriend. Service was impeccable and the food was amazing. The yellowfin tuna app was the best I’ve ever had. My scallop entree was flavorful and delicious. My gf also loved her shrimp entree. Loved that instead of bringing your to go bag to your table they give u a number to grab on your way out. A+ all the way. I will be back.”
