They take the time to greet you personally by name. it's been therefore ever it is still better than Madison bagel that is located around the corner. Both are a little pricey but well worth it at the chateau be sure to stop in and tell them George sent you
The workers of Bagel Chateau are so kind and genuine. I was passing through Madison and stopped by the hidden treasure. I was originally just looking for a caramel coffee. The kind gentlemen was able to make me the most delicious caramel latte I’ve ever had. They were so kind and friendly, I ordered a yummy bagel as well. They told me that they prepare everything to each person’s liking and if you don’t like it, they’ll fix it no problem. They truly treat you like family....
very family friendly environment. adding to the fact that the food was top notch, the gentlemen are very nice and helpful. Honestly, I was thinking about going to madison bagel today but i am beyond excited to have tried this place because of the great customer turnover.
