“My team had a lunch booked today and stepping into L’Allegria was a beautiful surprise. I booked the restaurant based on the menu and ratings, plus parking looked easy. Without planning it we had a private room where we could celebrate the departure of one of our colleagues. Alana took great care of us and the food was delicious and well executed. Temperatures were perfect on the food too. The zucchini blossoms and homemade gnocchi were the best I’ve had in YEARS. The chef and restaurant team are to be commended. “Guys, I stopped in yesterday to check the place out. I got to speak to Angie, one of the owners and I purchased a piece of Carrot Cake to take home. I had to take a bite the second I left the store. Just a taste. OMG! It was the best Carrot Cake that I ever had! So moist and full of flavor! I was very impressed. Sadly ... that piece of carrot cake barely made it to my car let alone back to my house! And you know what ... Not only was that carrot cake awesome, it was GLUTEN FREE. Now to put things into perspective for you all ... I own Ahrre's Coffee Roastery (Westfield & Summit) and -- way back in the 90's -- I owned the Common Ground Cafe in Summit. I have sampled cheese cake from countless commercial bakeries over the years. It was always my favorite type of cake and the ruler by which I judged the bakery. Taste Buddy is legit, folks! “We made a reservation for 14 people here to celebrate our engagement with family and the experience was incredible!

I reached out to the restaurant in advance to make the reservation and the staff was incredibly helpful answering questions and making sure that the reservation was correct. I then was able to follow up and pre-order appetizers for our group and the staff at Agricola made great recommendations that everyone loved.

Our dining experience was incredible and with amazing service from Marco everyone was thoroughly impressed! The food and drinks were phenomenal which added to the experience!

Additionally Agricola made the night very special writing a card for my Fiancée and I and presenting us with a congratulatory dessert!! I would highly recommend Agricola to anyone and especially for special occasions or celebrations!!“

It’s not just the Italian specialty items that are excellent, it’s the whole range of prepared foods. The meat and fish departments are like the neighborhood markets of my youth. The employees are courteous and available and knowledgeable. The people who work there care about the customers and seem to like their jobs. If you’re a food person (whether you like to cook or just eat - for me it’s both) don’t miss this place. I love it even for regular grocery shopping. One note: you get what you pay for and here you get a lot so expect higher (but not insanely so) prices. It is well worth it.“

“The green drink was the worst thing I ever drank in my life BUT WHY is it that days after my cleanse is done I am still drinking it?! LOL The first day was so hard for me but in hindsight I must have really had a lot going on in my tummy. I thought that the protein shake and the green juice were a punishment. By the the second day I was having a bad day but could tolerate the diet more. Third day I woke up feeling better than I have in years. It's been a couple days after my cleanse and I have actually continued to feel good and keep the weight off! That never happened to me before on other cleanses, I would always gain like 2lbs back over night. Here I am going back for more green juice and even got my husband on it! It's sorcery I tell you, thanks Chef V!!“

“Roman Gourmet has been around a long time and they have delicious pizza and other Italian specialties. When you come here for pizza, it's as if you walked into a time warp - the pizzeria looks like it's from another time, but they have amazing service and always with a smile. If you order a pizza to go, you know it'll be ready within 30 minutes, not like some of the other pizzerias in the area. A great place!“
