Update to my previous review. While it was certainly frustrating, the owner, Vinnie, called me several times afterwards to make things right. He apologized, took ownership, and was genuine. I couldn't ask for much more. I plan to order from them again given Vinnie's hands-on approach and personal touch. Their sandwiches were actually also very tasty (we got a mixed platter).
