Dropped by The Hartley over the weekend and the experience was phenomenal. Started at the bar where Jacob was a delight crafting drinks and great jokes, and our server Tony took good care of us all night—solid, attentive service that kept the evening running smoothly.

Based on the reviews, Hartley Restaurant is a beautiful restaurant in a very quiet location with a great atmosphere. The ambiance is super elegant but yet not pretentious. The staff is friendly and professional, offering exceptional service. The bar is great with bartenders making really tasty drinks. The food is excellent across the board. Highlights include the seasonal burrata, Caesar salad, steak Frites, roasted chicken, and the Wagyu steak special. For dessert, the chocolate soufflé and chocolate mousse cake are out of this world. Other popular dishes are the short rib gnocchi, black sea bass, and the shrimp and grits. However, the experience feels cheapened by charging per refill of soda and a 3% credit card fee.
