We pulled up thinking hotdog truck. Seymour's is so much more! The sandwiches come with fries or salad, and the menus is extensive and diverse. we shared a delicious real fried chicken sandwich reminiscent of the best fried chicken we've ever enjoyed, in New Orleans! My wife also loved the included tibouli salad. We highly recommend Seymours Food Truck, and we look forward to going back!
