I've been in food and beverage-restaurant management my entire adult life, and this young lady is superb, top-notch, from her service to her manners; she's very well-spoken. You feel genuinely appreciated, like more than I sometimes feel in some higher-class, five-star restaurants. She's a class act in every way. I'm so glad she's back. Things weren't exactly bad without her; it's just that she adds such a positive, upbeat, happy vibe to this place. She's dedicated, loyal, and loves what she does. “Pleasantly surprised as the location is not what one would expect. The young lady who took the order was extremely pleasant and willing to help in any way. Portions were a good size, fresh and good tasting. I ordered the chicken tenders and fries combo. Again, very tasty. Only down side they charge for sauces (my order was over $30.00). Was hoping they had other chicken options (chicken breast, or thighs). Will order again, recommend you give them a try!“

“Huge fan, I’ve never had a bad sandwich at Johnny Hot’s, until today 8/30/24. I was supposed to have just pork roll on a steak roll with spicy mustard, no egg and no cheese. The pork roll is usually cut very thin with a nice braise on it. It had egg & cheese on it. The egg & cheese were warm the meat was cool, no grill color to it. By the time I took the egg & cheese off there was hardly any pork roll, very disappointed. It was “no change” Friday, so I gave my apprentice 15 dollars for a sandwich I couldn’t even eat.“

It’s not every day you get service that feels this personal and thoughtful. Spencer’s attitude was so positive, and he clearly cares about making people’s day better. What's there to say besides fast, friendly and caring community icons. It's Rocco's steaks delicious fresh high quality and the Italian Hoagie is the absolute best I have ever had.( Well, actually have had repeatedly over and over and delicious every time ) I just cannot bring myself to get one from anywhere else. High quality fresh meats made correctly. They also serve many other foods and breakfast items at good prices. “I live in Philly, and I'll most likely start coming to this location from now on. Food was great, friendly service, and clean. Relaxing also~ came here around 6pm on a Friday and we were the only ones dining in. Best part is Rita's is right down the road for dessert.

“It’s OK the food is pretty decent. The customer service they can kind of work on some things but it’s just like any other fast food place. They do the best that they can try and get the food out. There is always leading there to sit down. It feels like to say or you can take out or you can do DoorDash grab Uber eats I believe so it’s not a bad place. I definitely would recommend it.“

“Five Guys has some of the best fries around. Whenever we’re craving something salty and indulgent, this is our go-to spot. I even stop by sometimes just for fries. That said, we always ask for them well done ... otherwise, they come out a little undercooked. When they’re crisp and golden, though, they’re hard to beat.

I usually skip the burgers. The company gets an F for its antibiotic use in beef, which is disappointing. They taste great, sure, but I’d feel a lot better if they used higher-quality, antibiotic-free meat. It’s 2025, this should be standard by now.

On the bright side, the staff here is consistently friendly, and the manager goes out of their way to be helpful. You can tell they treat their team well. There’s noticeably less turnover compared to other fast-casual places.“
