“This just made my night - my most favorite manager is back working at this Taco Bell! I've been in food and beverage-restaurant management my entire adult life, and this young lady is superb, top-notch, from her service to her manners; she's very well-spoken. You feel genuinely appreciated, like more than I sometimes feel in some higher-class, five-star restaurants. She's a class act in every way. I'm so glad she's back. Things weren't exactly bad without her; it's just that she adds such a positive, upbeat, happy vibe to this place. She's dedicated, loyal, and loves what she does. “Pleasantly surprised as the location is not what one would expect. The young lady who took the order was extremely pleasant and willing to help in any way. Portions were a good size, fresh and good tasting. I ordered the chicken tenders and fries combo. Again, very tasty. Only down side they charge for sauces (my order was over $30.00). Was hoping they had other chicken options (chicken breast, or thighs). Will order again, recommend you give them a try!“

My mom had some rewards on her app to use and the manager that helped her at the register was quite knowledgeable and extremely friendly. She took her time to make sure our order was correct. It was so well run and organized from the kitchen to the dining area to the bathrooms. Ever Christian the GM brought us our food personally and checked on us as well as many other tables to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. What's there to say besides fast, friendly and caring community icons. It's Rocco's steaks delicious fresh high quality and the Italian Hoagie is the absolute best I have ever had.( Well, actually have had repeatedly over and over and delicious every time ) I just cannot bring myself to get one from anywhere else. High quality fresh meats made correctly. They also serve many other foods and breakfast items at good prices. A popular neighborhood staple but if you don't live in the direct area definitely worth a little ride for take out. ♥️ They are take out and delivery but they do have a small counter seating and both that many like to frequent.“

“Great customer service from Nyelle W., Aaron M., and Jonia W.! This was only my second time visiting this location, and the experience was amazing from start to finish.

It all began at the ordering speaker with Nyelle. Her energy and customer service were so good, she made me want to order everything on the menu! She greeted me warmly and made sure my entire order was correct before I pulled forward.

At the payment window, I met Aaron, who was just as friendly and professional. When I complimented Nyelle’s service, he happily told me I would see her at the next window. He was genuinely excited to hear the positive feedback, not just about her, but about himself too, which shows they truly care about their work.

When I got to the pickup window, I saw Nyelle again along with Jonia. Both of them were extremely kind and welcoming. I made sure to let them know they’ve gained a returning customer because of their excellent service.

“Today was the first time I’ve ever had a bad experience at this CFA, I ordered a Kids Meal, Small Soup, bag of Ice and another drink. It took 1/2 hour for me to get my food. And, it’s not even busy(shocking, I know)! While, I’m sure the employee is new, he gave me an attitude because I called to tell them I had been waiting. I’m disappointed… it was the nonchalant attitude from the person who took the call to the server. 😞“
