Came through the drive through and it was the BEST customer service experience ever, i saw the worker multi tasking and he was so nice & proud doing his job! I believe his name was David! I def will come here again.
My experience with this dunkin was immeasurable. I went through the drive through and the young man was absolutely exceptional. He was outgoing, enthusiastic, and is very passionate about what he does. He was well spoken and beyond friendly while still painting professionalism. It was refreshing to see a younger person take such pride in his work. Looking forward to seeing David at the window again!
In the era of miserable cranky customer service in this country, David at mahwah Dunkin is always the most upbeat, professional, and friendly drive thru person I've ever run into...just had to say that
