Prime No. 7 x Ugly Chicken

I had one of the worst dining experiences here due to our waiter, Harrison. From the start, he did not explain anything about the ordering process or even inform us that we only had 40 minutes left until the kitchen closed. Then random dishes were added to our order that we never requested, while also failing to bring out dishes we had ordered in the first two rounds.

When we pointed out that certain items were never ordered, Harrison became defensive, argued with us, and even called us “rude.” After that, he completely ignored our table for the rest of the night.

When it came time to pay, Harrison hovered over us, making unnecessary comments, staring, and becoming increasingly confrontational. He raised his voice, accused us of being “the problem,” and refused to step away even when a coworker asked him to. His unprofessional behavior made the entire experience extremely uncomfortable.

The only positive note was the gentleman handling our payment, was understanding, kind, and tried to help despite the situation.

Given the many positive reviews about the service here, I’m shocked and disappointed. Harrison’s behavior was unacceptable, and it completely ruined what should have been a pleasant evening.

It's my second time coming here because I truly wanted to give this place a chance. I have had a lot of K- BBQ and this spot just did not sit right. Both times I came with different people and we had the same review, it was not it. For people who have eaten K BBQ, don't ruin your appetite. We came at 9.15pm and were out by 10pm. The meat was bland, rubbery. They gave us a different meat cut when we ordered brisket. It was terrible. And on top charged 20% gratuity for a party of 2 smh. Staff was chilling, laughing and away. Not going again

This is our first time and our last we first got seated and had to wait 15 to 20 minutes to get our drinks Evan though we asked many times then we got our food 35 minutes just to get bland food and raw fried chicken we also ordered just to be told after 20 minutes of waiting the kitchen was closed. DONT BOTHER COMING

This is not the best place to eat authentic korean food.The korean pancake was mushy, the burgogi wasn't even served with rice and it wasn't the same sauce as normal.It was okay at best

We’ve tried dozens of of Korean BBQ places this place is not it. All the meat was bland, tough, and tasted a bit like cardboard. Not trying to be mean/ruse but genuinely don’t know how this place has such high ratings. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Also overhead another table complaining about the food too.
