Prime No. 7 x Ugly Chicken

The floor is filthy, slick, and sticky at the same time. I went into the bathroom and found 4 Hispanic men in the same stall, who quickly scattered once I came in, back into the kitchen. Takes forever for the AYCE orders to come out of the sushi bar and kitchen.

The good is that the server we got did a good job cooking our food, until more customers came and he became too busy to keep cooking. Our orders and plates came out even slower with more customers. The AYCE is not worth it with their slow and inadequate service, since there's a time limit and most of it will be used up by waiting for your food to come out.

Quality of meat is decent to good. I've had much better AYCE meat quality at other places around the same price point. Will not return to this place.

I ordered the Southern Ugly Sandwich Meal with onion rings and yogurt ranch. My dad ordered the Ugly Fries. The sandwich was not that spicy, more of a tame spiciness with good flavor. The cajun chicken sandwich was juicy, tender, and perfectly crunchy. The yogurt ranch complemented the cajun chicken sandwich and onion rings. The only reason I deducted a star was that the onion rings were soggy, with only slight crispiness, which was a bummer. My dad really enjoyed the Ugly Fries. He felt the fries were light and fluffy inside and had a crispy exterior. The chicken was tender, juicy, flavorful, and crunchy. The sauce over the chicken and fries complemented both and added more flavor. Overall, the service was wonderful, and the staff member was friendly and informative. The atmosphere is pretty chill, family-style, and upbeat, with a modern/traditional style. Definately will be back to do/try the AYCE Korean BBQ and Sushi with friends or myself.

Very small place with tight seating. Instead of charging kids by age they charge by height so my 8 year old was charged adult rate of $38. He is average height for a child his age. The service was super slow. The food all taste the same. Not a fan of miso soup but fried rice and almost every sauce tastes like miso soup. They do not bring you a bill but rather they charge you first and you get a receipt afterwards of the charges. After you look at your receipt you see they add surcharge of $5.31 for using credit card. Never again!

The food here is absolutely delicious! Be sure to go when you’re hungry for the buffet—they offer a wide variety of side options and generous meat selections. Children aged 5 and under eat for free, and kids’ meals are half-price. The adult buffet is $38, but they also have a lunch special available there is also non Buffett items. A great bonus is the nice prayer space, which is always appreciated. Best of all, the food is halal!

They seem very over hyped and pricey. The food doesn’t taste good to me. Price range is too high compared to food taste.

The Halal K-Pot experience was AMAZING. There were so many options and the staff was really friendly and helped out since it was my first time. Worth the 2 hr drive. Pricey but worth it!

This place is awesome!!! The food is delicious. Best part is that they have halal BBQ! You have to make sure to order from the halal menu but it's so nice to be able to have halal ramen and BBQ. The staff here is also very nice and friendly.
