This place was amazing. Met the manager Nick as soon as I walked into the restaurant. Very engaging and welcoming and escorted me to the bar where I met the bartenders Tom and Juliano. They both were attentive and engaging and always checked in with me to see how everything was. I started with their Sushi special which was freshly made and prepared beautifully. I had their grilled ribeye cooked to perfection along with asparagus. You could not of asked for a perfectly cooked ribeye....
My food came out cold. That was the ravioli with short rib; and
our hash brown, which we love, was burnt and dried out. The waiter seemed friendly enough, but after he took our drink and food order, we never saw him again. (The zucchini flower appetizer was very good.)

We've enjoyed dining at RP Prime in the past, but last night's birthday dinner was a disappointment. Despite it not being particularly busy, we had to wait forever to order, we were never offered more bread or a chance to order another cocktail because of inattentiveness, and the six of us felt the service was, overall, unimpressive. As for the food, the ribeye was tough and undercooked, the salad was wilted, and the calamari was soggy and chewy. That said, the popcorn...
