It was a very bad experience for my first time. The order included a coffee and three chocolate milks; I had to wait for the coffee because it wasn't served with the rest of the order, and when I got home, I discovered they hadn't given me the chocolate milks. Very poor customer service.

I love Chik fil A food which is what keeps me coming back on a weekly basis. Not to mention free items from time to time. The customer service has always been excellent. The guys have been terrific! However I did notice the last few times I was in and my order was taken by young ladies, the service was rushed and inpatient. No I did not take note of names and I don't want to get anyone in trouble as I know the manager is always there and they strive for excellent service,...
