Watch out Franklin - Jersey’s got it! Award worthy bbq - fall off the bone ribs, tender brisket and pulled
Pork to die for without any sauce - BUT bring out the sauce and forget about it! Next level experience. Well worth the over an hour drive! Kindest family-run business. Your new friends from PA. J & M.
I ordered the 2 meat platter. Brisket was a 9/10, my only issue was I wish the sauce was on every slice and the seasoning was only on the top slices. The brisket was unbelievably tender and so amazing, I just found myself wishing the sauce and what I think was their seasoning powder was evenly put on all pieces. The ribs were a 7/10.
