I ordered the 2 meat platter. Brisket was a 9/10, my only issue was I wish the sauce was on every slice and the seasoning was only on the top slices. The brisket was unbelievably tender and so amazing, I just found myself wishing the sauce and what I think was their seasoning powder was evenly put on all pieces. The ribs were a 7/10. We ordered catering for my son’s birthday and the food was exceptional!! Everyone at our party loved it and were fighting for the leftovers to take home. Additionally, the owner was such a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Highly recommend mostly smoked to anyone in the local area!!
