I forgot to order our favorite spinach and bacon quiche from Sunburst Pie Co. to bring for Christmas brunch. Ran in at 9 am on Christmas Eve 2023, grabbing the last quiche, which was crabmeat and asparagus. What a hit! It was devoured and raved about. I will be ordering this for the holidays next year, for sure. We love their blueberry and choc chip scones too.
Small town gem! Called to order a lemon meringue pie for dad's birthday, we didn't see on the regular menu but Jay was happy to make it for us. When we picked it up you could tell the pie was just "scratch made," it looked rustic and refined. The flavors were so fresh and vibrant our guests were blown away. Thanks to Sunburst we are now a "Pie on your Birthday" family. Peruvian chicken empanadas were awesome too, crust is so flakey and nice authentic...
Excellent quiche with a crust that is airy and just crunchy on the exterior. I had the asparagus, artichoke and goat cheese. The vegetables were cooked but not mushy and the egg/cheese was a nice custard consistency. Would absolutely recommend.
