I am very satisfied with the service of the employees in this store towards the customers. I only had a small problem, and I am disappointed because they withdrew three times an amount of money that was never returned to me, and I would like it to be refunded. I never picked the order because something was wrong with the system

I usually like coming here but this location leaves a lot to be desired. First, the fries were really soggy and the soda was bitter. Second, I have limited mobility and get around with a walker and the dining room is so packed tight that I could barely get around.Also, they give an over abundance of sauces despite the fact that we told them exactly what we wanted and they are left on the tables. We watched as the workers that were clearing the tables were literally throwing dozens of new sauces away. Why aren’t they more careful not to give out so many? It’s a total waste of money.Finally, we ordered milkshakes to go and it took forever to have them made. We ordered them on the mobile app and it took us asking and well over ten minutes after the time they gave us.This restaurant gets crazy business they need to do a little better and be more mindful of the handicap community.Parking: The handicap spots are tight in front of the drive thru and we got blocked in for a while.Wheelchair accessibility: You simply can’t get around to the tables with how packed in the tables and chairs are in this restaurant.

This is the worst chick-fil-a location. I’ve been here twice and both times it was the worst service. I waited 17 minutes just for a large fry and honey mustard. I finally got my fries and they forgot my honey mustard. The workers are unpleasant and have an attitude.

Chick fil a is always good food but the servers are all basically kids who tend to play around alot ...and this location there was never a my pleasure I thought that was every chick FIL a. They tend to forget alot with mobile orders. I always check bag anyway but u have to make sure u check with this location.

I ordered two thirty count nuggets from this location as a curbside pick up. When I got home I discovered that we only received one of the orders. I called them and asked if I could please be refunded. They said the only way to be refunded was to come all the way back .The girl on the phone said they would make the 30 count nuggets and I would be refunded. When I went to the store I again had to wait for the order to be made, even though I told them I was on the way. When I asked if I was refunded for them when they finally came out, I was told they don’t refund if I come and pick up the missing order. I wasted over an hour driving back and forth to get chicken nuggets. They have terrible customer service and wait times.

Drive thru is stupid af. Their two lanes if drive thru are not actually that one lane takes you to the drive one takes you to the exit where you sit and wait for someone to bring your stuff. So you literally block the exit while you wait. It's the worst chick Fila set up ever. Ended up hitting a cone that was literally placed in the lane you drive thru. Ridiculous worst Chick-fil-A experience I have ever had. ?**update: they brought me my milkshake finally and it looked like they dropped in on the floor then scooped it back into the cup.** worst ever experience never go to this location again. Plus all their staff look like it's their first day on the job. Deer caught in headlights look?

I think the food delivery services have had a negative effect on dine in/take out service. Stood in front of the register for almost 5 minutes without acknowledgement. The trash on the trash can was really piling up. I know Chick-fil-A can be busy buto have to wait and not even be acknowledged.There's no one else in front of me.1 person finally wound up being behind me and a crowd of the food service drivers on the side.I know Chick fil a can do better
