This is chick fil a so the food and service are good. Not a fan of the parking lot so that’s why I gotta go with three stars. There is a play place at this one but it’s pretty small. To be clear, this chick fil a is clean and as good as any other location, it’s just not the easiest to nagivate.
My friend and I with our kids went at lunch today and Matt is who served us. He was so so nice. I was hesitating on food and wasn't sure and he was very patient, smiled and just overall so Kind.
First lane drive thru orders were not being taken. 4 cars went thru the second lane to one in the first lane. People behind me were beeping their horns. I mentioned it first to the girl at the drive thru and shw didnt care at all. Later I called the manager to suggest checking to make sure the sensor was working and she said they were just busy and that they go back and forth between the lanes. Definitely not the case that day.
