The Mantua Chick-Fil-A team truly goes above and beyond. When I reached out with a question about an order we picked up, they responded in the most incredible manner. Not only did they write back promptly and professionally, they went the extra mile in showing us that they value our patronage. In a world where there are so many choices, and no loyalty from customers to restaurants and vice versa, we feel truly lucky to have the Mantua Chick-Fil-A team in our community.
This is chick fil a so the food and service are good. Not a fan of the parking lot so that’s why I gotta go with three stars. There is a play place at this one but it’s pretty small. To be clear, this chick fil a is clean and as good as any other location, it’s just not the easiest to nagivate.
My friend and I with our kids went at lunch today and Matt is who served us. He was so so nice. I was hesitating on food and wasn't sure and he was very patient, smiled and just overall so Kind.
