“Was going thru Grubhub for wings and came across this place. I said how bad can it be. Wow I was surprised and disappointed. Disappointed that they didn’t have popcorn chicken but substituted for wings. They were amazing .not greasy at all. Very impressed. Will definitely go again. “Living close to here is sooo dangerous because everyday my boyfriend and I crave wings from here !! Their burgers and tenders are also so fire. “First timer here and was awesome. Walked in to a clean cozy restaurant plenty of seating. Ordered me some boneless wings with white snow (sweet Parmesan cheese from what I’m told) hot and fresh. Fries were cooked just right. Ordered a refresher bubble tea (green tea strawberry flavoring and strawberry ) ordered some boned wings as well. All cooked to perfection. Service was fast. Very clean as well. DEFINITELY coming back….. almost forgot the beef dumplings… awesome !!!!“

“Highly recommend! Food is delicious and portions are shareable depending on hunger level! Everything was nice and crispy! Ordered french fries, onion rings, and small orders of sweet and spicy wings (10), crispy chicken drumsticks (5) and hot and spicy boneless chicken (about 12 pieces or so). Will definitely be coming back!“

“I am giving the soul food experience here a 5 out of 5. Or a 12 out of 10. Each platter is Huge- enough to feed 2 people!!!! I ordered the fried Whiting with potato salad and candy Ames. It came with 4 to 5 pieces of fish, 2 pieces of bread, generous sides and cornbread. It was delicious!!. I would not recommend the curry chicken if you are looking for a true, jamaican curry period that curry here was dark and thick, like other caribbean islands, possibly trinidad, make it, and that's not what we like. You definitely want to order in.advance.. as each order is made fresh- IT IS WORTH THE WAIT!!!... there is no seating or indoor dining. Straight take out.“

I was seriously craving wings, and since we live in Harrison—right next to Newark—my husband suggested we check out Darby’s Wings. Great call. Our order was ready in about 12 minutes, and the wings came out perfectly crispy and incredibly juicy. The sticky wing sauce? Absolutely mouthwatering. One of the staff members (or maybe the owner?) was also super sweet and gave us two different flavors of C&C soda to try. We’ll definitely be back the next time a wing craving strikes!“

“I’m so happy I came across this Jamaican restaurant! Every dish here is freshly prepared. Not sure who the chef is here, but give that man a raise! Lol….authentic Jamaican food is definitely a big plus for this location. They give you many options aside from their famous rice and peas with a side of chicken. They also have a variety of soups on their menu. Their prices are very fair and for that reason I will definitely be back, and this time for some good ol’ oxtails! The establishment is very clean, and the staff is very polite. Only bad thing I can say is, why didn’t I come here sooner!!!! Guys keep up the great work. You’ve gained a repeat customer. I placed an order of chicken wing with soy sauce based. Its taste is fantastic, little soy sauce burned smell and salty and sweet. It makes harmony. Asiantic small from burned soy sauced and crunchy skin, salty and sweet meat.
It is art.

“Always friendly and service is good. Food cooked and ready for pickup promptly. I love the board where you can add a sadaqa (charity) meal for someone to eat. You purchase an item on the menu and pin it to the board. When someone comes in who is needy, They just pick a ticket from the board and they can eat. What a novel idea to spread around.“

“This place is a 10/10. I hosted my engagement party here after having my first date here with my fiancé 3 years ago. From the first date to now, we have loved this place. Working with Nicholas was a breeze - he had everything set up beautifully and was extremely professional throughout the process. The party was fantastic - staff was professional and friendly.
