A hidden gem in Maplewood!! I was so happy when Porta Rossa opened up, as it is designed like a shop you would stumble upon in the West Village. The handmade, hand-cut pastas are created right in front of you, along with delicious sauces. I make sure to get a pound of pasta and fresh sauce every week. So delicious, feels like a mini Eataly but better.
