Great ice cream spot with plenty of eggless options, which is a huge plus! Almost all the flavors are eggless, only the cookie and cake flavor contains egg. So there’s a lot to choose from.

The strawberry ice cream was super refreshing and perfect if you’re looking for something light and fruity. The chocolate was rich and satisfying, and the salted caramel truffle was easily one of the highlights; creamy with a great balance of sweet and salty.

Overall, a solid place for ice cream lovers, especially if you’re looking for eggless choices. Definitely worth a visit!

This joint only had one vegan option, which was an oatmilk cookie dough flavored ice cream — which just so happens to be one of my favorite flavors. I haven't had much vegan ice cream other than what's in the frozen section in grocery stores, but this easily surpassed every vegan ice cream I've had before and then some. Be aware that this is literally the only option. Also note that the waffle cones are not vegan, so don't make my mistake and get a cup instead of a cone.

This ice cream place is not only delicious but they are our heroes. After getting ice cream, we went across the street to eat it. Our daughter left her most treasured stuffed animal on the benches. We didn’t realize for a couple of hours. We called the ice cream place, as we don’t live in town, and they immediately went out and rescued our stuffie. They had it waiting for us safely when we went back. 10/10 for ice cream and customer service.

A local place is always preferable to visit over some chain store, but there was a little disappointment with the VICP. Small portion for the price, and maybe two non-ice cream options for those of you looking to skip dairy.

I can't believe that video was posted and the absolute lack of empathy, awareness, and care this team clearly shows. Disgusting.

times change and stores change. not always for the better and based on my most recent(and last)visit to this place all I can say is it's time to leave this dump in the dust. let me break it down. I stopped in last Saturday to pick up soft serve and a pint of cookie dough. the service is usually very good. not this time. after having to repeat "vanilla soft serve with sprinkles" five times for whatever reason I noticed chocolate with nothing on it in the cup before it went into a bag. that mildly annoyed me so I pointed at the cup and said "vanilla soft serve with sprinkles I only said it five times" and what his response? "relax buddy!" lol yeah are you kidding me? considering this joint basically sells supermarket ice cream at prices thru the ceiling that type of attitude never works and wouldn't anyway. when I quietly said I would be taking my business elsewhere his wingman jumped in with "that's unfortunate but you were acting a certain way". that is true I suppose since I spoke up but the last time I checked customers are allowed to do so. it's too bad since most of the people are nice but all it takes is one experience like this to change things. better stores are out there and did I forget to mention me and my family were going here on and off for at least 20 years? right they also lost a long time customer who always made sure to leave a tip. good job kids!
