I live in a part of the country that has very limited vegan options so when I travel I have to seek out bakeries and stock up on goodies. This bakery is amazing!!! So many different options. We got a savory croissant which was very flaky and good, and lots of sweet treats as well. Everything is bigger in person than it looks online which was a pleasant surprise. I placed an order ahead because a lot of stuff gets sold out early.

Delicious vegan eateries are so hard to find in NJ. Yellow Rose is outstanding and I was so grateful to find them yesterday to have such a tasty vegan breakfast with a friend visiting from out of state.
