“We have been coming to this Jersey Mike's for quite a while now and just about every time we go, the food is good, and the staff are willing and able.

My family and I were havin a rough day more recently with car trouble and we needed some quick dinner food. We knew where this place was and always enjoyed it, but it was only 30 minutes before closing. Instead of getting staff that were disgruntled that they were glad to serve us. I think it was justin, jack and ziggy, if I rememeber thier name tags. The cashier even asked my mom how her day was and was she admitted it wasn't the best. All together the food was great and the staff was eagerly getting us our needs.

“We frequently order from RIA, and the food is always delicious and service always without issues. I think I've written a review for them before but wanted to write another because of a new experience. I have an teenager with autism who accompanied me to RIA to pick up our dinner order. We're working on social interactions that happen in public in everyday tasks (such as checking out at a grocery store or, in this case, picking up an order from a restaurant), so after discussing how the interaction could go before we entered, I encouraged my son to take over the responsibility of speaking up to state he was picking up an order. Well, he stumbled through it, either not answering when he was spoken to or not speaking loudly enough for his answer to be heard. Once he finally made it through getting it across that he was picking up an order, the owner (at least, I'm pretty sure he's the owner!) took a few seconds to explain to my son how the process usually goes as a customer coming in to pick up an order. Did he recognize my son was special needs and that he was struggling with something most people his age have no problem with? Maybe not. But even so he remained friendly & patient despite doing multiple things at once, with other customers in line, while waiting for my son to answer his questions and was kind enough to give him a pointer on the interaction and in my eyes that is wonderful. So thanks Romeos Italian American for not only having great food and service always but for showing some grace to a young man working on learning how to navigate the world.“

“Got myself italian regular sub, mike's way. The cuts, spices, veggies and juice is extremely fresh but was not the biggest fan of the wheat bread. I feel like it was a bit dry and stale. Or maybe it is that way and I prefer subway's bread better. But the jersey mike's cookie tops Subway, for sure.“

“This place was very nice. The inside was a very happy atmosphere and the music was perfect for a place like this. Before walking in, me and my party were greeted by a very nice lady who worked there. Upon entering, I looked at the menu and was astonished by the variety of different food items. To top all that, I ordered multiple items and it all only came out to about $14. Before even tasting my food, I smelled the delicious sauces, making my nose tingle. I am so happy I came here. “Came in late on a Saturday Afternoon, my wife and I were greeted by two employees Kayla and Jeremy. Rarely do I ever write reviews for places but I must say these two employees had provided such amazing service that I feel compelled to leave this here. Kayla and Jeremy were both attentative and focused on their food prep and neither were annoyed by my wife's dietary restrictions. Kayla even prepped my wife's food separately because of her dietary sensitivities, making sure to use separate spatulas, spoons etc to avoid cross contamination. It isn't often when we go out to a Mexican style restaurant and are greeted so warmly and provided such wonderful service when staff are met with our situation. Jeremy and Kayla were focused, precise and quick preparing our food and their attitudes were both respectful and kind. If you have any dietary concerns or sensitivities know you are in good hands when you stop by this Bubbakoo's Location and are assisted by either Kayla or Jeremy. We look forward to visiting this establishment again in the future.

“I'm giving it a two only because the food is generally good. The service has often been rude, and if you show up within about a 1/2 hour of their closing time they will say that their systems are down in order to avoid working for the last little bit of the shift.

“I just finished eating my sub and it was delicious! One thing that can ruin anyone’s appetite is service and the afternoon crew was so pleasant and all smiles and laughter. I was that hard picky customer that kept saying “Half this and half that..” and lots of questions and the whole time they all had a smile on their face. I’ve also been to other Jersey Mikes where I notice the lettuce is brown or the tomatoes are too soft but this place was the opposite. The bread is fresh as are the premium Boars Head coldcuts. There are 3 diff types of bread i think to choose from too! Even the tuna is fresh. There are a variety of toppings to choose from directly with the workers who are very friendly and fast.“
