“We stopped by our cousins bagel shop today for the first time. Incredibly delicious light and airy Bagels. The Calabria, rosemary olive oil?and jalapeño bagels are to die for. Best of luck in the store. My suggestion is that everyone go there and try some.“

“Great burgers at a great price. Make sure you always look for the burger of the month. It always rotate monthly. Once you order, they bring the food to your table and clean up after you leave. They have 2 types of ketchup: regular and jalapenos. The small fry is very filling for me. I was debating between a regular and small and decided with the small.

Next time I want to try the milkshakes as everyone who ordered there got one and it looked delicious.“

“This used to be our go-to Chinese restaurant whenever we're in town; however, sometime during the Pandemic the ownership changed. We took out a few dishes from the new ownership and were utterly disgusted with the quality. It's been a few more years. I am not sure if ownership changed again, but we decided to give it another chance.

I didn't recognize the owner - not sure if it was because of the absence of mask. But first impression was she didn't care to be cordial or friendly, just doing the basic part as a wait staff. On the plus side, the chairs and tables have been upgraded from what I could remember. We ordered our usual dishes in order to gauge the current quality. 2 staple Sichuan dishes: Kung Pao Chicken ($14.95)and Shredded Beef with Hot Green Pepper ($17.95). We also added a noodle dish: Sauteed Noodle with Pork & Scallion ($11.95).

Kung Pao Chicken was rendered differently - sweeter and not as dark but tasty neve the less. The Shredded Beef was also slightly different, thicker and obviously tenderized with baking soda. It was good enough. The sauteed noodle was good but it's a generic dish so no authenticity to consider.

A number of deviations from before. The chicken and beef dishes each only 1 bowl of rice, instead of a big serving bowl for the table. We had to ask for one additional bowl of rice. Not sure if it was missed but we didn't get charged for it. The tea also wasn't complimentary any more. $1.50 for the pot.

Overall, we weren't disappointed because we came in with low expectation. We will be back again hoping to see that they can maintain the consistency in food quality.

If you have 2 or more guests, I'd highly recommend ordering #712 Noodle w/ Meat Sauce Beijing Style as an appetizer to share. The texture of the noodle was out of this world! We also had Fish Fillet w/ Pickled Cabbage in Hot Pot (#949) which was A+++. It's more like a fancy soup dish, but it also had the clear noodles in the soup. We also tried #946a Short Ribs & Bitter Melon in Black Sauce, which also had the same clear noodles in it, so it was a bit of a clash with the hot pot. Personally, I didn't think the noodles belonged in the dish, but the short ribs were still exquisite. Finally, we had our usual staple, Kung Pao Chicken which I need to caution emphatically to watch out for the unground peppercorns. I chewed on one and that ruined my palate for next next 10 minutes.

We over ordered but that's the way we like it - get to sample more varieties and get to doggybag for the next day :) We love it here!“

“Went there to eat for Chinese New year. Been going there for a couple of years. this will be my last time. The place was empty for a New year does not like he previous years. had to wait to get in to eat. I can see why. The food was cold, send back to warm it up. Then they rush you out they got their money and get out. While i was eating the waiter started cleaning off the table while I'm not finished eating. Food not worth the money. not good like in the past. Not sure what happen to this place but its heading in the wrong direction“

The environment is warm and inviting through its modern decor, enjoyable music, lighting, and seating. Tables are covered with white clothes and seating is comfortable whether inside or out. The location is well maintained and clean. The pricing is average for fine dining. The entire staff is exceptional. We enjoy all pleasantries with the staff members. John N. is extremely knowledgeable of the inner workings of this establishment. We have severe food allergies and dietary restrictions. John N. illustrates such compassion towards us. “I was here when they first opened. it was not really "for me". Recently tried it again and loved it. I am vegetarian and my friend is vegan. we found options. Really enjoyed the eggplant sandwich. Would love more options (saw on one of the burger challenges a portobello on a burger, so loose the beef and just do the portobello) then I would definitely be there more often. Plan to check out the events that they have in the winter. So nice to have a quality and nice place locally to go out to at night.“

“I recently ate at Cumin N Eat, and honestly, the food completely lived up to the hype.

From the moment the dishes came out, you could tell everything was made fresh and with real attention to flavor. The spices were perfectly balanced—not too overpowering, but still packed with that rich, authentic taste that makes you want to keep eating even when you’re full. Every bite had depth, and you can tell they don’t cut corners when it comes to ingredients.

But the highlight for me had to be the wings. They were absolutely amazing—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and coated in a sauce that had the perfect mix of flavor and heat. Not too spicy, not too mild—just right. They were easily some of the best wings I’ve had, and I’d go back just for those alone.

“We frequently order from RIA, and the food is always delicious and service always without issues. I think I've written a review for them before but wanted to write another because of a new experience. I have an teenager with autism who accompanied me to RIA to pick up our dinner order. We're working on social interactions that happen in public in everyday tasks (such as checking out at a grocery store or, in this case, picking up an order from a restaurant), so after discussing how the interaction could go before we entered, I encouraged my son to take over the responsibility of speaking up to state he was picking up an order. Well, he stumbled through it, either not answering when he was spoken to or not speaking loudly enough for his answer to be heard. Once he finally made it through getting it across that he was picking up an order, the owner (at least, I'm pretty sure he's the owner!) took a few seconds to explain to my son how the process usually goes as a customer coming in to pick up an order. Did he recognize my son was special needs and that he was struggling with something most people his age have no problem with? Maybe not. But even so he remained friendly & patient despite doing multiple things at once, with other customers in line, while waiting for my son to answer his questions and was kind enough to give him a pointer on the interaction and in my eyes that is wonderful. So thanks Romeos Italian American for not only having great food and service always but for showing some grace to a young man working on learning how to navigate the world.“

“Just because it’s shaped like a bagel doesn’t make it a bagel. I am there every Wednesday morning where I buy 8 bagels. From the glass you can see the giant vat in the back where they ACTUALLY boil their bagels which is the correct way to make a bagel and not just round dough in the shape of a bagel. These bagels are the best bagels I’ve ever had in New Jersey since moving from New York. The woman behind the counter is always so nice. Their bagels for the quality are well priced. I have plenty of bagel spots around where I live but I drive a few extra miles to this place.“

“This is the only place I feel safe ordering in from as someone with food allergies. I have a dairy and gluten allergy and they are so accommodating with the dishes. You get big portions for a good price and the food is always so fresh. I also have a super stomach with some problems so I always feel icky eating out and since the food is cooked in high quality oil I never feel icky after eating here which is SO rare for me. The owner is incredibly kind and told me how she also has food allergies and is happy to make modifications and help. It’s so rare that restaurants welcome modifications and she always does so for me. I’ve never gotten sick here and it’s the one restaurant I feel comfortable ordering in from and look forward to doing so every week. The entire staff is helpful and are always kind and respectful even when the phone is ringing like crazy and there’s a line for pick up. They never rush you and always make you feel welcome.
